This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use the GoWee mobile application, website, and related services.
1. Who We Are
GoWee is operated by Pavel Daushko, an individual based in the Republic of Lithuania (“GoWee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

- provide route-related navigation functionality; and
- improve the active walking experience.
According to the current design of the Service, GoWee does not intentionally store a continuous history of raw real-time coordinates on its servers for advertising or general analytics.
The Service may store route-related events or history, such as whether a route was generated, started, progressed, or completed. Depending on implementation, these events may include place or route identifiers but are not intended to create a continuous movement profile.

- investigating errors and incidents;
- improving reliability and usability;
- understanding feature performance;

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on users and do not rely on this basis where user rights and interests override those interests.

We may process or retain data where necessary to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, accounting or tax duties, consumer protection requirements, or legal claims.

- subscription entitlement and transaction references may be retained while necessary to provide access, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal duties;
- support communications may be retained while needed to resolve the request and maintain reasonable records;
- security, error, and technical logs are retained for a limited operational period based on system configuration and security needs; and

13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including measures such as encrypted transmission, access controls, authentication, restricted administrative access, logging, monitoring, and secure infrastructure practices.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Google account.
14. Automated Decisions
GoWee may use automated systems and AI to personalize or generate route content.
GoWee does not currently intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on users.
15. Cookies and Website Technologies
The GoWee website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, language settings, session handling, and basic operation.
Non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies will be used only where permitted by law and, where required, after consent.
